I am the Head Coach here at FIT & POWERFUL. I coach and train runners and athletes, such as yourself, to stay healthy and excel at their sport using strength training and other effective methods.
Why FIT & POWERFUL?
I competed a lot of sports while growing up. When I was in high school I started weight lifting in order better get stronger and help excel at my sports.
I immediately became indicted to the progress I made in the weight room. I quickly gained on strength I was looking for.
I noticed that weight training really helped with my explosiveness and endurance while preventing injury. Weight lifting in this fashion gave me the edge in the sports I trained in.
However, there is A LOT of conflicting and complex information. So I decided create a resource for runners and athletes to refer to type of information.
That is how FIT & POWERFUL was born . We provide the essential tools and information you need to reach your strength and athletic goals. All this the compilation of information I have aqcuired through experience, research, and coaching athletes.
Whether it is to correct a muscle imbalance, properly activate your glutes and hamstring, get rid of shin splints for good, or build a bit of strength. I want to coach you through the process and provide you with the information to be successful.
I want you to be able to perform at a high level for years to come. Using strength training to deal with injuries and build a stronger body will help us do that.
I am here to guide you through the trenches and show you what you need to know.
I am not here to provide you with another “5 exercises to whatever” type of blog. Or sell you expensive coaching sessions or wordy eBooks.
