What's up everyone? I'm Rob. I created this community to give athletes like yourself a resource on how they can use strength training and other tools to boost their performance and prevent injury. These ideas are based on my own experience, knowledge, and research. I really enjoy strength training, running, and martial arts. Mostly importantly I enjoy being healthy and challenging myself.
